Our company is dedicated to publishing all guest feedback. The best way for us to improve our guest service is by listening to our valued guests. We will only remove feedback that violates the following content policies:
Verified Guests: We only publish reviews from guests who have actually reserved activities or lodging through our business. Reviews should contain only your original content and should not quote material from other sources. Plagiarized reviews from any source will be removed. Don’t post reviews on behalf of others or misrepresent your identity or connection with the business you’re reviewing. We do not allow reviews from our employees or family members.
Private information: Don’t post reviews that contain your personal information or another guest’s or a staff member’s personal information, i.e. full name, phone number, address, etc. We do allow first names of guests or staff to be mentioned in reviews.
Family-Friendly: Reviews containing profanity or vulgarities, sexually explicit comments, hate speech, threats, prejudiced language, or personal insults will be removed.
Relevance: Keep reviews relevant to help future guests. Do not include personally insulting language, personal opinions about social issues, ethics, religion or politics. We don’t allow reviews that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or sexual preference.
Commercial Reviews: Write a genuine report of your experience with the business. Don’t include promotional commercial content, URL’s, phone numbers, or the same content multiple times. Reviews that are self-promotional or highlight a competitor will be removed.
